Teen Social Anxiety Group 2024

Service Description

You've struggled with anxiety in the past, but COVID 19 exacerbated it and now you're feeling stuck. Many teens are in a space now where they feel isolated socially, behind in school, and don't feel like they can get out of the stuck. This group can help you learn skills to manage your anxiety, and find you are not alone in your struggle. The group will run for 12 sessions. Please call for more information or request an intake. The intake is a separate session that needs to be scheduled before the group begins to assess for appropriate fit. Each session is $85.
